I recently had my first experience with the Laundry Basket, in short I am now an official customer!
I had initial questions about the service, they were friendly accessible and answered all of my concerns via a phone call and instructed me how to schedule my service online. Pick up was prompt and the drop off was just as smooth! Received my items back in less than 24 hrs at my front door. Can’t ask for better service!

The communication and professionalism between The Laundry Basket® and I was prompt! I needed my dress cleaned before Friday and they had it cleaned and delivered to me by Tuesday and I gave them the dress on Sunday!

I had a fantastic experience using The Laundry Basket for the first time in October.
I had met the owner at a veteran business owners' event, and thought her idea was so unique asked her if they could clean and waterproof horse blankets. She said yes, and I knew who I would go to this year. The online scheduling process was easy, and their follow-up and responsiveness were top of the line. The turnaround time was the fastest I've experienced in over 20 years of having horse blankets laundered! The blankets came out perfect, and The Laundry Basket picked up and delivered right to my door. I highly recommend this service - outstanding customer service for a great price.

I was trying to find a place to wash my large, 8 x 10 Ruggable rug. I called ahead of time, and the gentleman over the phone was very helpful with recommendations for the process (it can be washed in their mega washer, but it won't dry in the dryer and will likely have to be taken home to be air dried). When I got there, one of their workers was very helpful in getting me laundry detergent, as well as folding the rug and helping me get into a plastic bag (that they provided) to be able to get it in the car. Very helpful, and if I need to do the rug again in the near future, I'll definitely come back.

The Laundry Basket is a truly wonderful laundry service. They are always prompt and on time, which makes the entire process so easy and stress-free. My clothes consistently come back perfectly clean, wrinkle-free, and smelling amazing every single time. What really sets them apart, though, is the owners. They are incredibly nice, positive, and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their service. Communication is great, and they pay attention to details that others often miss.

1. Upon my first order on their website, I had started a chat through their website as perhaps i had a little difficulty navigating — website is fine, I was simply distracted. I received a text shortly thereafter, asking if I had any questions about the website and I was walked thru my first order. This was very helpful. 2. I received bags to send future loads of clothes which was very innovative and eco-friendly. 3. Future orders have been seamlessly scheduled thru the app and via text. 4. Text and email communication has been superb. 5. Clothes are always super-fresh and promptly returned.

I learned about The Laundry Basket on a Friday, ordered laundry service on Sunday, they picked up on Monday, and returned on Tuesday. I tell you, it was like a little miracle. I gifted laundry service to my daughter, who is a single working mom with a toddler and a teen with complicated health issues. We took a giant pile of mixed up laundry, put it into plastic bags and set it outside her house. What came back to us was clean, SORTED, and folded laundry that was easy to manage. For her and for me as I try to support her it was a wonderful gift. Thank you Hyacinth! I have already shared your information with a friend of mine. Its a great value and an excellent responsive service. The next time you have a friend in need, instead of saying, "Is there anything I can do?" Say, I'm going to send you some help from The Laundry Basket. They'll love you for it.
Listen, my clothes are washed, smell nice and were picked up and delivered without me needing to be there.
I work full time, I have 2 small kids in after school activities, and I am getting my masters. I am tired. My laundry pile was getting taller than me. I did a google and bing (yes, I know) search and found this company. They also answered my panicky questions before and after all the times were set up. I only did the 'a la carte' option, but I will definitely be signing up for a more permanent option going forward. I really should have done this sooner since I have spent a lot time and money on useless indulgences that more than cover the cost of this necessity for a super busy lady like myself.
A great stress has been lifted.
I had been thing about doing a wash and fold services for a while. Help take something off my plate to relieve stress and give more time for my son. And then my dryer broke. After some research I decided to go with the laundry basket. I love that they are eco friendly and have a subscription. It was a smooth pick up and drop off. I have set mine weekly. I love not thinking about how I will get this laundry done on my days off.
I love the laundry basket service, send my message, dump my clothes in the bags they provide, they come to pick it up and drop it back off the next day, and the investment is worth the time it saves me.
Now if I could just get the owner to start a service with putting the clothes away for me when they bring them back so nicely folded this would be the ultimate sweet deal.

This service is a life saver! The customer service is impeccable and my large family is beyond satisfied with their excellent and timely work. Our clothes were folded neatly and smelled so fresh! They even made sure to use sensitive skin detergent as requested. No stains. No shrinkage. Just loads of housework off of our plate and we’re grateful. We are officially regulars!!!
